Amazing experience! The process has been great. Everyone here has been very patient to me and explained every little questions I had. Very knowledgeable and explains the process to the Tee. Every time I come here, Andrew and Alejandra has been providing me the best warm welcoming ever. John, the guy that does the process he is very professional and would explain every little process for you and makes it very painless. I don’t feel the pain at all. He is very patient with you and would do a demo first to see if you can handle the pain before he gets started. But believe it’s painless. Great team!!!!

This place is far above all the rest! Ive been though 3 transplants and this place is by far head and shoulders. Got 2000 grafts and I’m so pleased with the work. This place is great. I had my consultation with Mark and the doctor. They were very patient and answered all my questions and made me feel very secure about my decision. I have never done any type of surgery cosmetic or medical surgery and was terrified. I interviewed with restore and two other places and solve was by far the most comfortable to move forward with. The surgery took 7 hours and John and the two ladies were extremely attentive. I felt little to no pain and same with discomfort. Mark did a excellent job checking in on me as well as teaching me how to take care of the hair after the fact. I’m now on my last prp and plan on doing 1800 more graphs in a few months. If your someone like me that has doubts about cosmetic surgery I can say without a doubt this is worth it. The new offices are very comfortable and most importantly the entire staff provides wonderful support.

Before i met with them I had receive an SMP hair tattoo. I wasn’t satisfied bc it didn’t look great or natural so I decided to get a transplant. I had a great experience with the Hair Transplant Experts. The team was extremely welcoming and friendly. They kept in contact with me before and after the procedure to make sure that I understood what to expect. And they called often after procedure to make sure there were no complications or if I had any questions. The procedure itself went great, I came in the morning and we were finished later in the afternoon. The team made me feel as comfortable as possible. The results have been amazing so far. I did not expect to have such great results so quick. 4 months after the surgery most of the hair has grown back where it was implanted. My hairline looks better than ever and I’m extremely pleased with The Hair Experts for the work they did. One drawback I would say is that I didn’t get enough hair implanted into my scar area, in the back of my head. The hair that was planted there, grew back nicely. They just didn’t put very many hair grafts in the area, because they weren’t sure it would grow in a scar. So my scar is not as covered as I was hoping for it to be.. But where my hairline was receding in the front, it looks wonderful. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking into getting a hair transplant. Their prices are reasonable and the surgery leaves no scars.

Andrew and the team at Solve Clinics are wonderful. A lot of options in Chicago but I'm confident they are the best. Picking some to do your hair surgery is stressful. But they are so easy to work with, didn't feel pressured, and really enjoyed my experience.
